      <image:caption>The holistic health assessment will begin with a free consultation; to help us gain confidence we are the best fit for one another and to find a plan that is best fit for you. Once we begin, you will be required to complete a Lifestyle Assessment Form. This is a series of health related questions specific to your personal and unique biological profile. In return, you will receive a: Lifestyle Analysis to illustrate the potential contributors of your health concerns, Summary of Recommendations, and Sample Meal Plan to help start you on your way. Depending on your personal needs, you can choose to either implement the recommendations on your own or purchase additional nutritional consulting sessions. Packages have been created to help clients of all different levels of experience. Throughout the duration of their paid service, clients will have access to a private, online portal; where they can exchange communication with their nutritionist. During this time, clients will receive meal suggestions, recipes, methods for improving sleep, ways to reduce toxicity exposure, and direct answers to any of their questions.
